Lead Forward is a dynamic, four-month leadership development program designed to equip young professionals with the skills and tools needed to be more inclusive leaders in their workplaces and communities.
Created by the TYPROS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Crew, this program offers participants the opportunity to engage with community partners, learn from DEI experts, and apply best practices that foster more inclusive environments. Through interactive learning, hands-on experiences and meaningful discussions, participants will gain practical knowledge they can immediately apply to their professional and personal leadership journeys.
2025 Lead Forward cohort begins May 30 and ends on September 23, 2025.
Applications open April 1 and close May 1, 2025.
