SHAKING THE NORM SERIES: Developing the New Generation of Healthy Disruptors
About this event
For our second session in our SHAKING THE NORM Series, Diversity Crew, in partnership with Leadership & Service Crew, brings you Managing Up.
The idea of "managing up" might suggest notions of a frustrating or difficult manager. We've all dealt with managers who micromanage, give vague feedback, and force you to work overtime. However, at its core, managing up isn’t about trying to “fix” a bad manager. Join us, as we share information, build networks & generate ideas on Managing Up.
