IRONMAN is coming to Tulsa, and TYPROS will be there to support the event and cheer on the athletes! We're running RUN AID STATION #5 at River Parks Trail & 41st St. Plaza for the day, and we'd love for you to join us!
Volunteer shifts are available from:
10 a.m.-2 p.m.
1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
4:30-7:30 p.m.
7 p.m.-12:30 a.m.
We will hand out water, Gatorade, energy drinks, food, coal and sponges. You can sign up for multiple shifts.
Volunteer groups will compete against one another for the most spirited theme – ours is POOL PARTY, and there will be free swag for volunteers!
