At this meeting we will hear from Brian Kurtz, Executive Director of the Downtown Coordinating Council, about PARK(ing) Day 2019 efforts in Tulsa. PARK(ing) Day is an annual open-source global event where citizens, artists and activists collaborate to temporarily transform metered parking spaces into public spaces. Check out this PARK(ing) Day article to learn more. Crew members interested in becoming more involved in Tulsa's event this year will have an opportunity to get plugged in.
