Bring your family & friends out to enjoy the fall weather at Oxley Nature Park for our Third Annual TYPROS Friendsgiving Potluck & Park Clean-Up! It's equal parts giving back, feasting with new & old friends, and nature! What a way to end a great year!

We're heading back out to Oxley Nature Center this year and you can meet us at the bus parking lot marked on the posted trail map at 10:30 AM. We'll work up an appetite helping to clean up the park for about an hour, then we'll head back to the Teaching Shelter where we can build a fire to roast smores and get to know each other while we chow down on some deliciously diverse food made by our very own crew members!

TYPROS leadership will provide the entrees (locally raised turkey/chicken as well as a vegetarian/vegan option) and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic). But, we do ask each attendee sign up to contribute to our potluck meal as well as bring your own drinking cup, plate, silverware, and of course, Tupperware to take home leftovers.

Other fun things to bring are blankets/camping chairs, bug spray and card and/or board games we can play.

We'll be meeting at 10:30 AM at the Bus Parking lot off the main Mohawk Blvd drive. You'll want to come in the main Mohawk Park entrance to the east of Sheridan & E 36th St N. Then follow the signs back to Oxley Nature Center & Mohwak Blvd.
